This hotel is a pearl in the dolomites,good service,friendly,amazing food,large room,ski slopes at your door in general very good 5 star worth.I recommend this hotel to ski lovers and families

Friendly and serviceminded staff. The food were excelent.Very good paring of wines with the menu. The bar offered very good coctails. Family driven hotel with a warm atmosphere. You put on your skiies and slide down the hill. Nice lunch included. The rooms are very nice and clean. The skiarea is excelent with wide carvin slopes.

We stayed last year just before the pandemic kicked in and had an amazing time! We were a group of four (2+2 i.e. me and my husband and my parents). We would have been back this year but obviously, we are unable to travel... hopefully next …

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Kristall, the staff were so attentive to every detail and the hotel has been beautifully designed. Tucked away with amazing views on a quiet mountainside and exceptional food. Worth every penny.

Fantastic family hotel with friendly staff and lovely food and local wines. Beautiful bar area and our Deluxe Panorama room was modern and very comfortable with stunning views. Parking is easy just in front of the hotel. Ski area is easily accessible and offers great skiing for families.

Excellent dinner, beautiful rooms and perfect service. But not available from ski slope by ski so little bit expensive without it. And not so good breakfast for comparing Italian Alps hotels. So two stars down
